Distribution of Wheelchairs to disable and handicapped persons in Pakistan

We are working with the Association of disable & Handicapped persons, a registered charity in Pakistan. They have 500 disable & handicapped persons registered with the organisation. We have provided 80 wheelchairs but still 420 people needed wheelchairs.
