SDAUK is helping local NGOs in Sindh strive for the improvement of education in our communities. We have been in close collaboration with OSAR Foundation Trust since 2007, carrying out key work in the field of education.
SDA role with Osar Foundation.
SDA UK has contributed not only in the area of health but also in the area of education. SDA UK has established eight educational institutions with the cooperation of Osar Foundation Trust. SDA UK has also established free medical camps number of times. SDA UK has also planned to establish health centre with the cooperation of Osar Foundation Trust. SDA UK is not only establishing educational and health institutions but also committed to overall development of the society. The successful operation and maintenance of these institutions is evidence of commitment of SDA UK towards people of Sindh. The institutions established by SDA UK are not only running successfully but also are being upgraded step by step. The latest example of this development is Muhammad Ramzan Kalhoro Osar School. This school was started only two years ago with only five classrooms. Last year two more classes were constructed to extend capacity of the school. One computer lab was also established with the help of SANA. To keep with increasing demand of admissions in the school, in the current year SDA UK funded construction of three more classrooms. The construction of these classrooms has now been completed. This has increased school’s capacity to 10 classrooms. The Main objective of Osar Foundation Trust is to raise Education and Sindhi Language to highest standards by incorporating values of modern society and develop a system that encourages & promotes future generations of Sindh to play important role in the nation building.
